In celebrating N’Tini’s second anniversary on the northshore, Mark and Donna Benfatti have many reasons to celebrate and thank the community. N’Tini’s has been a tremendous success.
As recent transplants from St. Bernard Parish, courtesy of Hurricane Katrina, the Benfatti’s have entrenched themselves into the northshore community these past two years. They have won several awards, received numerous accolades and just recently, Mark has been elected to serve on the West St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce’s Executive Board. “It is a personal honor to have the opportunity to serve on the Executive Board of such a dynamic organization,” said Mark Benfatti.
To further meet the needs and expectations of the northshore residents and businesses, N’Tini’s continues to offer a unique venue for special occasions to satisfy a very diverse market. “Our customers have been very loyal. They love to have fun at N’Tini’s. Although we have a solid following from existing customers, we are constantly seeing new faces every day,” said Donna Benfatti.
The Lagniappe Room
If you’re looking to host a holiday party, business meeting, rehearsal dinner, or landmark anniversary or birthday, the Lagniappe room has everything you need! It’s has a complete “state-of-the-art” digital stereo system, laptop connection, overhead projector and wireless microphone that can be used for any occasion. The Lagniappe Room seats approximately 65 people and is large enough to accommodate cocktail parties up to 80. The Lagniappe Room offers several different food and bar packages that feature top specialties form N’Tini’s excellent menu. It’s equipped with its own private bar, entrance and restrooms. “The Lagniappe Room has opened the door to a whole new market of business banquets and social events that I have truly enjoyed working with,” said daughter, and banquet coordinator Megan Benfatti.
The “Original” Get Down with Motown
Originated in April 2009, N’Tini’s is converted into a vintage nightclub twice a month on Friday nights. At 10 o’clock, the lights go down and the music is turned up. A wooden dance floor is set up on the elevated section of the dining room and the DJ spins the vinyl until 2 a.m. “We have the right age group, the right music, the right environment and there is no smoking. It is a very fun and clean event that has become tremendously successful,” said Mark Benfatti. Be sure to check www.ntinis.com for specific dates on their event calendar. The “Saints” Bus
Are you ready for some Saints football N’Tini’s style? If so, then get ready for the ride of your life. Wine Tastings
If you like to sample new wines, N’Tini’s hosts twice monthly wine tastings. Typically, there are four to five different bottles of wine sampled that are not regularly available on the wine list. A wine host facilitates the event and the bottles of wine that are sampled and are sold at half price as a part of Tuesday’s half priced bottles special. Wine tastings are FREE to the public and are from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday nights in The Lagniappe Room. Wine & Spirits Dinners
Coming this fall, N’Tini’s will host specialty wine and spirits dinners. Be prepared to sample some of the best high-end spirits and new wines available on the market. Happy Hour
N’Tini’s has been voted the best “Business Power Lunch” and the best “Happy Hour” on the northshore. Happy Hour is Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Weekly specials include Margarita Monday’s, half priced bottles on Tuesday’s, Bubbly Wednesday and Thursday night, there are 2 for 1 Martini’s. For the entire month of October, N’Tini’s will be shaking up the new Pink Ribbon Martini and donating all proceeds to the Susan B. Coleman for the Cure Foundation in honor of breast cancer awareness month.
N’Tini’s is Giving Back
During the month of October, N’Tini’s will be seen at multiple fundraising events throughout the northshore giving back to the community that has been so good to them. They will be serving their creative food at St. Paul’s Jazz & Roll, hosting the Martini and Ice Bar at the Harvest Cup Polo Classic and a Martini Bar at the Mary Payton Foundation fundraiser at Benedict’s. “We really enjoy the opportunities to give back to our community. We feel blessed to be on the northshore and honored to have so many friends patron our restaurant. Our success is directly attributed to them,” said Mark & Donna Benfatti.
